De-Stress with Meditation: What We Can (And Can’t) Control

Buddhist meditation offers the ultimate de-stressing technique. Stress is fretting about what we can’t control. Freedom is about changing what we CAN control. Understand the difference and take your life back!

In this workshop, we will learn to stop obsessing over circumstances outside our control, let go of worry and develop positive minds that allow for real peace and freedom. We will practice key meditations to bring about this change and learn how to fold these strategies into our lives.
