Shift your concept of your body! The way we experience ourselves can be painful—or joyful. Through special meditations on the space-like emptiness of the body, we can heal our relationship with our body. We will release stress and tension while any negative emotions we feel regarding our body will start to soften. 

These beautiful, simple meditations can provide both physical and mental healing. Everyone is welcome!
